Dorothy Goins, Kingsport
Dorothy Carter Goins, 75, of Kingsport, died Monday at the Wexford House. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow the funeral service at East Lawn Memorial Park.
