Hugh Mason Hayes, Johnson City

Hugh Mason Hayes, 74, died on Nov. 5, 2009 at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home. A Celebration of Life service for Mason Hayes will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday at Tetrick Funeral Services, Johnson City with Rev. Michael Lester officiating.
A Committal service with military honors will follow in Washington County Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until the service hour. Arrangements for the Hayes family are in the care of Tetrick Funeral & Cremation Services, 3001 Peoples St., Johnson City.
