18th century firearms focus of Saturday program

The Abingdon Muster Grounds is offering “Muskets vs. Rifles,” a program about firearms in the 18th century from 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday, March 23.

Interpreters and historians will teach visitors about different weapons used during the American Revolution.

If the weather permits, the program will include firing demonstrations.
