ERWIN — Ariel F. Muller used his first appearance in Unicoi County General Sessions Court to apologize to those gathered in the courtroom and the community for the alleged actions that led to his Tuesday arrest.
“I was on a lot of medication…and I don’t remember nothing,” Muller said to Judge David Shults. “I just woke up today and I was in jail. I’m sorry to the community and everybody here.”
Muller, 27, was arraigned in Sessions Court on Wednesday morning. Shults appointed the public defender to represent Muller and set a $100,000 bond. Muller is scheduled to again appear in Unicoi County General Sessions Court on Thursday.
