Nation's drivers distracted, rushed, ignorant of rules of the road

For many people cruising the highways and byways of America, the rules of the road are the last thing on their mind. They drive distracted while eating, using cell phones and putting on makeup. Others simply don't know driving rules and regulations. Wes Bunch photo.
