Today, she spends most of her days at home with her dachshund, Kali Mae."She's 7 years old," Sharon said. "I've had her since she was 6 weeks old. There's nobody but me and her."Though Sharon worked hard to support herself for years, first as a school bus driver then at a large retailer, her declining vision eventually forced her into early retirement.
