The Sullivan County Public Library has five locations to serve the community. TENNESSEE TREE DAY IS COMING! The Sullivan County Planning and Codes Department in partnership with the Sullivan County Public Library is proud to be a 2026 Tennessee Tree Day distributor! There will be 100 trees to choose from on a first-come, first-served basis. Pick up at the Sullivan County Public Library's Blountville branch on Friday, March 20, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until all trees are claimed.
